Ingredients
60ml dry gin
30ml lime juice
30ml Six Barrel Soda Lime Syrup
50ml St Andrews Limes Limonade
Fresh mint and lime slice for garnishÂ
Method
Select and pre-chill a tall (or Collins) glass.
Prepare the garnish of lime slice and mint sprigs.
SHAKE the gin, lime juice and lime syrup with ice.
STRAIN into an ice-filled glass.
TOP UP with Limonade.
Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprigs.
