Shipping and Delivery

Online orders received before 12pm will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days days for North Island, and 2-3 for South Island, and an extra 2-4 days for rural deliveries.

Couriers are charged at estimated costs based on current pricing from our courier providers. We offer free delivery on orders over $49.00 to North and South Island residential addresses. Rural and offshore islands aren't included sorry.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

During busy times (e.g. Christmas), it is expected that deliveries will take longer due to extremely high volumes for couriers.
