This is our re-interpretation of a South Side Rickey, made in collaboration with St Andrews Limes... Ingredients 60ml dry gin 30ml lime juice 30ml Six Barrel Soda Lime Syrup 50ml St Andrews Limes Limonade Fresh mint and lime slice for garnish  Method Select and pre-chill a tall (or Collins) glass. Prepare the garnish of lime slice and mint sprigs. SHAKE the gin, lime juice and lime syrup with ice. STRAIN into an ice-filled glass. TOP UP with Limonade. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprigs.
