Cocktails

Ingredients: 30mL Orange & Dandelion Syrup 30mL Aperol 90mL – 120mL Prosecco / Sparkling Water Lavender flowers Orange Method: Mix the syrup and Aperol over ice in a tumbler or wine glass, and top with Prosecco (or sparkling water). Stir gently and garnish with lavender flowers and orange peel twists.

Ingredients: 30mL Cherry & Pomegranate Syrup 150mL JOIY Lime Spritz Freeze dried or fresh cherries Lime Mint Ice Method: Fill your glass with ice, pour over the Syrup, then top up with JOIY Lime Spritz. Garnish with lime slices, freeze dried cherries and mint. Cheers!

Ingredients: 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp grapefruit zest Ice Slice of fresh lemon 30mLs Blanco Tequila 30mLs fresh lime juice 30mLs Grapefruit Syrup Soda water Kafir Lime Leaf Method: Combine the sugar, salt, lemon and grapefruit zest in a saucer, then run a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass. Press your glass gently into the saucer to coat the rim of the glass. Then build your drink – fill your glass with ice, then add a slice of lemon, the tequila, lime juice, and Grapefruit Syrup. Top up with soda water...

Ingredients: 30mL Pina Colada Soda Syrup 30mL Rum (optional) Soda water 1 fresh whole Pineapple Paper umbrella Method: Cut your pineapple in half and cut with a knife down the inside edge, then use a spoon to scoop out as much flesh as you can. Pour in your syrup and rum, then top up with soda water and garnish with a paper umbrella.
