Dandy Spritz
Ingredients:
30mL Orange & Dandelion Syrup
30mL Aperol
90mL – 120mL Prosecco / Sparkling Water
Lavender flowers
Orange
Method:
Mix the syrup and Aperol over ice in a tumbler or wine glass, and top with Prosecco (or sparkling water). Stir gently and garnish with lavender flowers and orange peel twists.
Pomegranate Lime Spritz
Ingredients:
30mL Cherry & Pomegranate Syrup
150mL JOIY Lime Spritz
Freeze dried or fresh cherries
Lime
Mint
Ice
Method:
Fill your glass with ice, pour over the Syrup, then top up with JOIY Lime Spritz. Garnish with lime slices, freeze dried cherries and mint. Cheers!

Pineapple Pina Colada
Ingredients:
30mL Pina Colada Soda Syrup
30mL Rum (optional)
Soda water
1 fresh whole Pineapple
Paper umbrella
Method:
Cut your pineapple in half and cut with a knife down the inside edge, then use a spoon to scoop out as much flesh as you can. Pour in your syrup and rum, then top up with soda water and garnish with a paper umbrella.
