Local mixologist Maick Coolen (Dragonfly) created this beautiful cocktail with our new limited edition Spiced Orange Syrup...Â
Ingredients:
40ml Spiced Rum
30ml Spiced Orange Syrup
10ml Ginger wine
20ml Lemon Juice
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients and pour into a short glass over ice. Garnish with dried orange and star anise.
