This simple Summer mocktail is super delicious and refreshing. If you want to make it boozy, just add 30ml of gin or vodka!
Ingredients:
30ml Six Barrel Soda Strawberry & Ginger Syrup
6 dashes Cucumber & Mint Seltz Drops
Fresh strawberries
Fresh mint leaves
Soda water
Ice
Method:
Put the ice in a short glass and add soda water, leaving about an inch at the top. Add the syrup and Seltz Drops, stir in fresh strawberries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.Â
Non Alcoholic Mojito Mocktail
Try this refreshing, non-alcoholic mojito mocktail recipe using our Lime Soda Syrup. And if you want to make it boozy, just add 30ml of rum!  Â
Ingredients:
30ml Six Barrel Soda Lime Syrup
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh lime wedges
Soda water
Ice
Method:
Add the ice to a tall glass and squeeze in four wedges of lime. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves, top up with soda water, then add the lime syrup. Stir, then garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.Â
