Our Spiced Hibiscus Fizz brings together two of our favourite syrups in one stunning mocktail. The tartness of our Hibiscus Syrup meets the warming complexity of Cameo Chai Syrup, balanced with fresh lime juice and sparkling water. Finished with edible flowers, it’s a drink that's as beautiful as it is refreshing.
Ingredients
- 30ml Hibiscus Syrup
- 30ml Cameo Chai Syrup
- 30ml lime juice
- Soda water
- Edible flowers (or fresh lime) to garnish
Method
- Fill a tumbler (or tall glass) with ice, then pour in soda water, leaving a few centimetres at the top.
- Pour in the two syrups and the lime juice, then stir.
- Garnish with edible flowers or fresh lime. Enjoy!
