Ingredients:
30mL Grapefruit syrup30mL gin or SeedlipFresh GrapefruitSparkling or soda waterIce
Method:
Fill glass with ice, pour over Grapefruit syrup and gin or Seedlip. Top up with sparkling or soda water. Garnish with grapefruit slices.
Gin Daisy
Ingredients:
35mL Cherry & Pomegranate Syrup15mL lemon juice35mL ginSoda waterLemon, thinly sliced
Method:
Grab a short glass, pack well with ice, then insert thinly sliced lemon around the outer edge to create a daisy chain effect. Pour over syrup, gin and lemon juice. Top up with soda water.
Lemon Honey G&T
Ingredients:
35mL Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup35mL Gin15mL Classic Tonic SyrupSoda waterThyme, Lemon
Method:Coil thyme at the bottom of your glass then add ice. Pour over both syrups and gin, then garnish with thyme and lemon slices.

Ingredients:
20mL Hibiscus Syrup40mL mango vodka20mL lemon juiceLemonade or soda waterLemonMint
Method:
In a tall glass, add ice then pour over vodka, syrup and lemon juice. Top up with lemonade or soda water (for a less sweet option). Garnish with lemon slices and mint.
