Hibiscus Sangria
30mL Hibiscus Syrup
Still water or red wine
Orange Raspberries
Edible flowers
Pour Syrup into glass, squeeze over juice of half the orange, then top up with water or red wine. Garnish with raspberries, orange slices and edible flowers.
Feijoa Lime Fizz
30mL Feijoa Syrup150mL Joiy Lime SpritzLime wedgesFeijoa slicesLime leafFill a tall glass with ice, then pour over Feijoa Syrup. Top up with Joiy Lime Spritz (or if you don't have it handy, you can use a mix of any regular sparkling wine and soda water, or just soda water to skip the booze). Squeeze over a wedge of lime, then add the wedge to the glass. Garnish with feijoa slices, lime wedges, and lime leaf. Cheers!
Spiced Apple Cocktail
30mL Celery Tonic
30mL rum (optional)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 apple
Cinnamon quill
Thyme or rosemary
Slice half your apple into matchsticks. Fill glass halfway or so with ice, then add apple matchsticks on top. Sprinkle over the ground cinnamon. Pour over Celery Tonic syrup, rum (if using), and top up with soda water. Garnish with thinly sliced apple, thyme or rosemary sprig, and cinnamon quill.
Pink Minx
35mL Ginger Ale Syrup
30mL vodka (optional)
30mL cranberry juice
½ lime or lemon
Fresh mint or basil
Squeeze lemon or lime into your glass and add ice. Pour over vodka, syrup and cranberry juice. Stir and garnish with mint or basil.
Extra for experts - freeze some cranberry juice into an ice tray ahead of time, and add at the last minute to get the ombre dripping pink effect in the glass as it melts.
