Hibiscus Agua Fresca Mocktail
Ingredients
Hibiscus Syrup 30mL
Creaming Soda Syrup 10mL
Soda Water 150mL or to top
Edible Flowers & Lime wedges to garnish
MethodIn a tall glass filled with ice add the syrups, top with soda water and garnish with edible flowers, lime slices or whatever you have that looks pretty.

30mL Cherry Pomegranate Syrup
10mL Apple Cider Vinegar
Soda water to top
Fresh mint to garnish
In a tall glass with lots of ice add the syrup, cider vinegar and soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Grapefruit Mocktail
Ingredients:
30mL Grapefruit Syrup
Sparkling water / soda water
Ice
Rosemary
Lemon
Edible flowers
Method:
Pack your glass with ice, then pour over the syrup. Top up with sparkling / soda water. Garnish with rosemary, lemon wedges and edible flowers.
Ginger & Pineapple Spritz
Ingredients:
35mL Ginger Ale Syrup
Sparkling or soda water
Pineapple juice
Ice, Lemon & Mint
Method:
Put ice in a jar or glass and pour over syrup and pineapple juice (to about 1/3 full). Top up with sparkling or soda water, then garnish with lemon and mint.
