Raspberry Blackcurrant Lemonade

Ingredients:
30ml Six Barrel Soda Raspberry & Lemon Soda Syrup
3 dashes Raspberry & Blackcurrant Seltz Drops
Fresh raspberries
Soda water
Ice
Slice of lemon (fresh or dried)
Method:
Put 4 or 5 ice cubes in a tall glass and top up with soda water, leaving about 3cm. Add the Raspberry & Lemon syrup, Seltz Drops and a few fresh raspberries, then garnish with a slice of lemon.Â
Add 30ml of gin or vodka if you want to make this boozy!
Princess Tears
The good people at Metita in Auckland kindly shared this recipe for 'Princess Tears' – their delicious and non-alcoholic Cucumber & Mint Collins.Â
Ingredients:
45ml Terps & Co. 'Gin-Like'
25ml coconut water
5ml Six Barrel Soda Cucumber & Mint Seltz Drops
60ml soda water
Mint sprig and cucumber ribbon
Method:
Add all ingredients to a highball glass and fill with ice. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber ribbon.
Make a boozy version by using regular gin.
Strawberry & Cucumber Fizz
This simple Summer mocktail is super delicious and refreshing. If you want to make it boozy, just add 30ml of gin or vodka!
Ingredients:
30ml Six Barrel Soda Strawberry & Ginger Syrup
6 dashes Cucumber & Mint Seltz Drops
Fresh strawberries
Fresh mint leaves
Soda water
Ice
Method:
Put the ice in a short glass and add soda water, leaving about an inch at the top. Add the syrup and Seltz Drops, stir in fresh strawberries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.Â
Non Alcoholic Mojito Mocktail
Try this refreshing, non-alcoholic mojito mocktail recipe using our Lime Soda Syrup. And if you want to make it boozy, just add 30ml of rum!  Â
Ingredients:
30ml Six Barrel Soda Lime Syrup
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh lime wedges
Soda water
Ice
Method:
Add the ice to a tall glass and squeeze in four wedges of lime. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves, top up with soda water, then add the lime syrup. Stir, then garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.Â
