Feijoa Sour
Ingredients:
50ml Seedlip Garden 108
20ml Lemon Juice
25ml Six Barrel Feijoa Syrup
25ml Egg Whites (or aquafaba if vegan)
Ice cubes
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake (shake without ice). Open the shaker – you should see a foamy head (if not, shake a bit more). Now add a good amount of ice. Shake once more, vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with rose petals or buds.
Garden & Tonic
Ingredients
Classic Tonic Syrup 30mL
Soda Water 100mL or so
Seedlip Garden 30-45mL (or other non-alc spirit)
MethodIn a tall glass filled with ice add Seedlip Garden and our Classic Tonic syrup, top with soda water and garnish with lemon slices/peel, thyme, lemongrass or cucumber.
Sage & Turmeric LHG Recipe
Ingredients
Lemon Honey Ginger syrup 30mL
Hot water 150mL or to top
2 slices fresh turmeric
2 sage leaves
MethodIn your favourite mug, add the turmeric and hot water, leave to brew for two minutes or so, add the Lemon Honey Ginger syrup and 2 sage leaves. Don’t burn your tongue.
