This super tasty and simple mocktail is perfect for Summer... so refreshing!    Ingredients: 30ml Six Barrel Soda Lemonade Syrup 3 dashes Peach & Passionfruit Seltz Drops Fresh mint Soda water Ice Twist of lemon rind Method: Add the Seltz Drops and ice to a tall glass and fill with soda water. Add the lemonade syrup, stir in fresh mint and garnish with a twist of lemon rind.
