Rose & Grapefruit Margarita
                
Ingredients
Lime Syrup 30mL
Grapefruit Juice Fresh 30mL
Rose petals 1T plus a few for garnish
Tequila 40mL
MethodIn a mixing glass press the rose petals in Lime syrup, add Tequila and grapefruit juice, add ice shake very well and garnish with a grapefruit twist and a sprinkling of rose petals.
            
            
      Hibiscus & Tamarillo Margarita
                 
Ingredients
Hibiscus Syrup 30mL
Half a Tamarillo
Lime Juice 20mL
Tequila 40mL
MethodIn a mixing glass crush the tamarillo, add our Hibiscus syrup, Tequila and lime juice, add ice shake very well and garnish with a salt & hibiscus rim, or a slice of tamarillo.
            
            
      Pink Panther – Federal Deli
                
Ingredients
Strawberry Cream Syrup 30mL
Soda Water 100mL or so 
Gin 45mL
Strawberry Compote/muddled strawberries 15mL
Cream 15mL
MethodAdd all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake well and pour into a tall glass over ice, garnish with strawberry slices.

      Tonic & Gin
                
Ingredients
Classic Tonic Syrup 30mL
Soda Water 100mL or so (from your Aarke machine or at-home sparkling water maker)
Gin 30-45mL
MethodIn a tall glass filled with ice add gin, our Classic Tonic syrup, top with soda water and garnish with lemon slices/peel, thyme, lemongrass or cucumber.
