Bright, bubbly, and beautifully aromatic, the Hugo Spritz is a celebration of sunshine. Mint, elderflower, gin and prosecco come together for a light and refreshing cocktail that’s made for warm days and easy evenings.
Ingredients
- 20ml Kiwi Spirit Distillery Greenstone Gin
- Small handful of mint leaves
- 20ml Six Barrel Soda Elderflower Syrup
- Ice
- 25ml St Andrews Limes Limonade
- 120ml prosecco
- Lime slices and a mint sprig to garnish
Method
- Place a fresh mint sprig in a large wine glass and add the Elderflower Syrup. Gently muddle to release the mint’s aroma, then let it infuse for 3–5 minutes.
- Fill the glass with ice, pour in the prosecco, and top with Limonade. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime slices. Serve immediately and enjoy.
