Shipping and Delivery
Our online store is for New Zealand customers only at this stage. Online orders received before 12pm will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days days for North Island and 2-3 for South Island and an extra 2 days for rural deliveries. We don’t ship to Waiheke or other islands but feel free to contact us and we’ll try to work something out.
Refunds and Returns
If your delivery is damaged or there are product quality issues or it is undelivered after 5 working days please contact us on email@example.com or +64220779553 and we will send a replacement order free of charge.
How we use your information.
Your information entered into our contact forms or when you make a purchase on our site will only be used to contact you for questions or updates about your order or query. If you opt-in to our newsletter you will receive emails occasionally about new product releases, events, surveys etc. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
We will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information to third parties.
We use an SSL certificate to encrypt and protect data and our payment systems are through trusted secure third parties.
