Coffee Soda Syrup
We use Colombian Finca Buenavista coffee, expertly roasted in Wellington by Coffee Supreme, and brew it with fair trade organic cane sugar and filtered water to make the best coffee syrup around. Mix it with soda water or milk for a cold, full strength and flavour drink.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold. Strain into a martini glass (you can pre-chill the glasses if you're feeling a bit extra). Garnish with coffee beans if you like.
