Ingredients: 35mL Ginger Ale Syrup Sparkling or soda water Pineapple juice Ice, Lemon & Mint
Pineapple Pina Colada
30mL Rum (optional)
1 fresh whole Pineapple
Cut your pineapple in half and cut with a knife down the inside edge, then use a spoon to scoop out as much flesh as you can. Pour in your syrup and rum, then top up with soda water and garnish with a paper umbrella.
