Perfect to mix-up for summer drinks at your place or the bach, here’s the recipe for a refreshing ‘Kiwi Mule’, from the Summer Cocktail Menu at our latest #sixbarrelsquad recruit, The Still Room Eastbourne.
30ml Six Barrel Soda Co. Ginger Ale Syrup
1/4 fresh lime
Soda water (from your Aarke machine or at-home sparkling water maker, or bottled)
Grab a large tumbler glass, add mint leaves, then fill it with ice to the brim. Pour over the vodka and the Six Barrel Soda Co. Ginger Ale syrup. Squeeze over the fresh lime juice, then add the lime itself to the glass. Add soda water to fill the glass and stir. Garnish the glass with a kiwi-fruit slice (we like skin-on) and a mint sprig.

Used in this recipe
Our ginger ale syrup is made from fresh ginger root for spice and a full gingery flavour, a little black pepper for heat and organic cane sugar for a rich natural sweetness. Try it with a wedge of lime or in gin, rum, vodka or American whiskey drinks.
