This winter wonder is made with fresh rhubarb for a tart flavour and pink hue, juniper berries for floral notes, and fresh meyer lemon juice for a refreshing citrus backbone. It’s bitter-sweet for the colder months and just what you need to remind you spring is around the corner.

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Fair Trade Organic Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Rhubarb, Juniper Berries, Lemon Juice
This is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This is a syrup for Sodastream, Sparkler or any home soda maker. Bottle contains 500mL of syrup.
