30mL Orange & Dandelion Syrup 30mL Aperol 90mL – 120mL Prosecco / Sparkling Water Lavender
- 10ml Averna Amaro
- 10ml Cinnamon syrup
- 30ml Six Barrel Coffee Syrup
- 40ml Smoke & Oakum Gunpowder Rum
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold. Strain into a martini glass (you can pre-chill the glasses if you’re feeling a bit extra). Garnish with coffee beans if you like.
