Ingredients One Strawberry (fresh or frozen) Ginger Ale Syrup 30mL Fresh Mint 3 leaves Lime Juice 10mL Soda Water 100mL Candied Ginger to garnish (optional) MethodIn a tall glass, crush the strawberry, then add our Ginger Ale syrup, lime juice and mint (press mint gently to release oils). Add ice and top-up the glass with soda water. Garnish with candied ginger, mint and lime.
Ingredients Lemon Honey Ginger syrup 30mL Hot water 150mL or to top 2 slices fresh turmeric 2 sage leaves MethodIn your favourite mug, add the turmeric and hot water, leave to brew for two minutes or so, add the Lemon Honey Ginger syrup and 2 sage leaves. Don’t burn your tongue.
